Location - 150 meters from the Avanashi Road and 2 Kms form the Trichy Road, the residence is easily accessible to any part of Coimbatore City. 5 minute drive to Coimbatore International Airport (CJB), Shopping Malls and TIDEL IT Park. Three major hospitals are with in 5 minutes drive equally are the shopping areas – FUN Mall and Hopes College, known for abundant dining venues.
Hotel Policy
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check-in the hotel. It is mandatory for all guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voter ID Card, Aadhar card and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as a valid ID card. Since address is not specified. Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress. Requirement of an extra mattress will be treated as a third occupancy and it will be charged. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises. Checkin/Checkout timings: Our standard check-in time is 12 noon. Early check-in is subject to availability and Our standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early Check-in & Late Check-out (subject to availability) Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest. Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness. Unmarried/unrelated couples may not be allowed to check-in. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at the time of check-in. Hotel may deny check-in to guests providing ID proof of the same city as the hotel itself. By making a reservation, you assure and represent that the same has been made for private and personal use and not for commercial purposes or for any other purpose. In view of the aforementioned, you expressly indemnify Thulasirams Service Apartments from any loss or damage suffered by you on account of breach of the aforesaid assurance, including without limitation, any loss of profits, indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of income, damage to property, loss of reputation, etc. ============================================================= CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: ========================== Cancellation Time - 30 days or more prior to check-in date Cancellation Fee - FREE Cancellation (100% refund) Cancellation Time - Between 15 to 30 days of check-in date Cancellation Fee - 50% advance amount Cancellation Time - Less than 15 days of check-in date Cancellation Fee - 100% advance amount No Show Policy: In case the guest holds a booking but doesnt arrive on the arrival date then the 100% amount for the booking gets forfeited and the hotel will charge the entire amount from the guest. ============================================================= BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: ========================== Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability. PAYMENT POLICY: ================ For booking/reservation guest should pay 50% advance amount as per the room tariff. Full amount must be settled before checking-in or checking out of the room. FINANCIAL DETAILS: ================== You agree, understand and confirm that the credit/ debit card details or other financial details provided by you will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit/ debit card or financial facility which is not lawfully owned/ obtained by you. Thulasirams Service Apartments will not be liable for any credit/ debit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to prove otherwise will be exclusively on you. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION/DISPUTE RESOLUTION: =================================================== Any such dispute, controversy or claim referred to and decided by a Sole Arbitrator appointed and nominated by Thulasirams Service Apartments and you by agreeing to the terms and conditions herein consent to the Arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Coimbatore, India. The language of Arbitration shall be Tamil/English.
